At OG Stylez, we take pride in providing premium services and digital products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or submitting a booking request.

1. Booking Retainers (Deposits)

Booking retainers are:

Non-refundable
Applied toward your total service cost
Transferable once with proper notice (subject to availability)

If a retainer is not paid within the required time window, the appointment slot may be released.

2. Service Refunds

Due to the nature of personal services, OG Stylez does not offer refunds on completed services.

If you have a concern about your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can review and address the issue fairly.

3. Digital Products (No Refunds)

All digital product sales are final.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on:

PDFs
Templates
Guides
Downloads
Digital bundles

4. Duplicate Purchases / Access Issues

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once or have trouble accessing your download, please contact us at info@ogstylez.com and we will help resolve the issue.
