We specialize in gentle, tension-free styles designed to be clean, neat, and long-lasting - without the “braid headache.”

Sanitation Standards

We follow professional sanitation practices including Barbicide-certified disinfection protocols. Tools and equipment are sanitized before and after every appointment.

Mobile Service Requirements

To provide the best results, clients must have:

  • A clean, well-lit space

  • A comfortable seating area

  • Enough room to work safely

New Clients

First-time clients may be asked to complete a brief 5-minute video consultation before booking is confirmed. This ensures we’re aligned on the style, timing, and expectations.

Booking Requests & Confirmation

All appointments begin with a booking request form.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a retainer request to secure your spot

Your appointment is not confirmed until the retainer is received 

This helps ensure fairness and protects limited availability.

Booking Retainer (Deposit Policy)

A $40 booking retainer is required to secure your appointment.

Please note:

  • Retainers are applied toward your total service cost
  • Retainers are non-refundable
  • Retainers are transferable once with proper notice
  • Retainer requests must be paid within 24 hours or the slot may be released

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

Retainers may be transferred one time to a future date (subject to availability)

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the retainer

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due at the start of your appointment.

Accepted payment methods will be shared in your confirmation message.

  • Appointment confirmation
  • Service details + timing
  • Location confirmation
  • Prep instructions (if applicable)
  • What to expect during your appointment
